Over head press training:

Warm up shoulders

Overhead press:

Bar 20 reps 2 sets
135lbs 10 reps 1 set
185lbs  5 reps  5 sets

 Behind the head press
155lbs  5 reps 5 sets

Lateral raises:
25 lbs 4 sets 10 reps

Front raises:
45lbs 4 sets 10 reps

Biceps: (mostly because big arms are cool right?)
front strict dumbells
25lbs 1 set 10 reps
35lbs 2 sets 10 reps
45lbs 2 sets 8 reps
